Scope of application
These general conditions apply to the purchase of products made at a distance via the Internet at www.bumpsystem.com.
The following terms and conditions of sale form an integral part of all our contracts for the supply of articles, even when orders are placed by telephone, e-mail or via the internet.

Product availability
The products presented on the site are all intended as ready for delivery. However, the Customer acknowledges the remote possibility that at the time the order is sent, they may no longer be available or on sale. In such a case, after sending the order
confirmation by email, MORESCO GIOVANNI SRL will notify the Customer via a new email and the order will thus be considered suspended. It is also specified that any offers relating to the products present on the Website are to be considered valid exclusively
for purchases made online.
Terms of payment
Payment for the ordered products and any shipping costs can be made in the following ways:
1. Credit Card: payment by credit card directly after placing an order using this payment method.
2. Bank Transfer: payment by bank transfer in advance whose coordinates will be visible in the order confirmation phase.
3. Paypal: payment via Paypal circuit directly after placing an order with this payment method.
Invoicing
The commercial sales invoice will be sent within a few days of shipment, to the email address provided during registration and, for Italian customers, also in electronic form.
Product warranties
The warranty only covers factory defects and non-conformity of the product. With the exception of the replacement of defective and non-compliant products, the supplying company assumes no liability for direct and indirect damages that may arise from the
use, even improper, of the product by the recipient. MORESCO GIOVANNI SRL guarantees the integrity and validity of the products offered on the basis of quality controls carried out. In the event that the goods prove to be defective or non-compliant,
the purchaser must send notification within 14 working days from receipt of the goods to the e-mail address info@bumpsystem.com
Guarantees: shipping and returns
In the event that the product turns out to be defective, the customer is required to send the material carriage paid to MORESCO GIOVANNI SRL, which will repair it and send it back to the customer carriage paid.
Upon receipt of the goods, it is mandatory to check the number of packages and that the packaging is perfectly intact, i.e. that there are no dents, tears, and that the tape affixed is exclusively that of our company with our company logos. In the event
that such anomalies are found, a RESERVE with the anomalies found must be affixed to the courier's paper receipt, which is always available for unloading upon request, and countersigned by the courier retaining a copy. This together with photographic
proof of the package must be sent to info@bumpsystem.com of the damage found.
This procedure is indispensable to avail of the replacement of the product damaged during transport. If this procedure is not followed, it will be impossible to receive the replacement or reintegration of the purchased products.
